Yoga for Young People

A strong mind, body, and spirit are not only important life principals for adults but are crucial for the development of young people.In this class ages 11-18 yrs old will learn how to use yoga and mindfulness as a positive tool in their life. Yoga improves children’s emotional regulation, boosts children’s self-esteem, and teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity. This class will prove Yoga is not just for adults!
